Every Southerner has a fire ant strategy, and not a single one of them is approved by the manufacturer. Joshua J. Hamilton lays out the time-honored four-step method passed down through generations of men who've decided that a mound in the yard is a personal insult: one Mountain Dew bottle (cut the bottom off), a little bit of gasoline, a crumpled-up newspaper, and the good sense to run. Step four is just "FIN." and a little curl of smoke, which is exactly how these stories tend to end.

A loving tribute to questionable yard work and the daddy who swore it was the only thing that worked. Hangs perfectly in the garage, the shed, or anywhere folks know better but did it anyway.
